I hired Howard Scott to install a standing seam steel roof on my new home in Canonsburg Pa. He installed the project, and I paid him over $26000 for the project. He provided a 25 year guarantee on his labor. The first major rain storm we had, my now roof is leaking like a sieve around chimney, to my dismay I discovered the he did not properly flash the chimney. Now after numerous attempts to contact him thru phone call and texts he refuses to come back and fix my problem. He is a liar and a cheat. Under no circumstances should anyone hire this contractor
