Hello, not sure who is giving Janco good reviews; here is my story; PLEASE DO NOT use Janco for your electrical needs. Frank/Janco requested payment of 75% for my job; due to needing to purchase equipment and said he needed the equipment to be paid in full so that he could order. He did not do the job nor provided the equipment which I should own. He has ignored every attempt to get him to do the work or issue a refund. He is unprofessional, unreliable and obviously takes advantage of any one he can. He doesn't answer his phone, probably to screen the calls and won't return my calls or emails. I paid what was requested in good faith and Janco swindled me; they won't hesitate to do it to you too! If in spite of this review you decide to use Janco, do not give him money up front and verify that he is still licensed. He moved out of his office at 1412 150th Street; probably so he wouldn't have to answer to people like me trying to get him to do work that he got paid for and did not do!

Frank is a great electrician, responds very quickly, knows what he does. He gave us a fair quote for a small job, and got it done in a timely fashion. Very happy with the end results.

Responsive. A job, done quickly and efficiently. Frank is a nice guy too. Thanks for a good experience. Highly recommended.
