Pro Fence and Roof

STAY AWAY FROM PRO FENCE AN ROOF!!! If you are looking for a ROOF company, DON'T HIRE JOHN just keep looking!!! John IS A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL CONTRACTOR. HIS SKILLS TO MANAGE A COMPANY IS THE WORSE AS A CONSUMER I HAVE DEALT WITH. I asked him to give me a quote on what it would cost me to fix my roof. He told me he use to work for an insurance company and knew how they thought. It all started good, so good that I felt confident to hire him. I asked him to wait until the insurance pay the money to get it fix, however he say I will do it and you don't have to worry about paying till the insurance company pays you..... HUGE mistake!!! Not only does he stalk me but he ruined my families relationships due to him calling everyone so I could pay him when he was not finish with the job. He never finished. I have paid him and he has still not paid the supply company. I was threatened by the supply company and they called me every name in the book. He ruined my bricks and lining of my house and the list goes on. He hires illegal people and has his employees lie for him. He is a very unprofessional person. They made a mess of my life and have caused me a lot of distress. I do not trust JOHN. Sounds like cleaning was an option as well for him. I am not even sure that he used the materials he said he bought for my roof, looking at the color of a few of the material, seems like they are used. So many other things to list, and all documented with photos. I wish I had read the reviews on this company. I sure would not of hired him. I dislike people that threaten me and he does a lot of it but he has other people do his dirty work so he look like he is innocent. well surprise he is the master mind behind destroying your family and making a mess of the job you will hire him to do like he did mine. He promised that he would have all repair done and did not deliver nothing on the list to be repaired. JOHN IS A VERY UNFAIR AND UNPROFESSIONAL SO CALLED CONTRACTOR. HE IS NOT A PEOPLE PERSON. HE WENT AS FAR AS MAKING SEXUAL INNUENDO'S AT MY DAUGHTER... DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY YOU WILL REGRETTED... I DO NOT RECOMMEND JOHN FOR NO JOB.. HE LIES AND DOES ILLEGALLY PRACTICES... HE IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME......... TURST ME DON'T HIRE ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HATE I DID BUSINESS WITH HIM.. NOT TO METION HE HAS NO PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES OR ETHICS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GLAD I CONTACTED R&S SUPPLY DISTRICT MANAGER TO GET MY CERTIFICATE FOR THE MATERIALS THAT WERE SUPPOSEDLY USED FOR MY ROOF... EVEN THEN HAD THREATENED ME BECAUSE JOHN DID NOT PAY THEM... SUEING FOR DISTRESS!!!!! DON'T TRUST HIM......HE WILL TURN YOUR LIFE UNSIDE DOWN.. WORSE COMPANY EVER!!

We had this company build out fence for us. Upon completion we inspected the fence and it is already unstable in many areas. We also noticed that they used concrete with the wooden posts, the fence will not rot much faster in those areas. We have tried to contact the owner multiple times to ask if he would come look at our fence and repair the areas that are leaning. He also stained half of the fence and it took almost a month to get him to come out and finish the work. He returned my call after I posted this, and I suspect specifically because I left a negative review. I explained to him the problem and he sent someone out to fix it. After inspecting the work he did I found they had mixed in empty bags with the concrete. Some of the poles are still sightly loose. The no climb wire they were suppose to staple to the fence is still not stapled in some areas, some of the boards that were bowed out and suppose to be nailed down are still not nailed down they fixed about 75% of what I asked them too and they only came out because of the negative review. The only plus here is that the owner and the people that work for him and very nice people but the work is subpar. ****Update my fence fell over yesterday, I called the owner who said that he would be out today. I've texted multiple times and no response. I suggest to anyone considering this business to check the BBB complaints. It's been less than 6 months since he built this fence.

John Cadle...I contacted BBB and they said you did not respond to the complaint I issued on your failure to complete your verbal contract on the job of repairing roof on my metal building. I am going to my local justice of the peace for legal advice...probable a small claims court procedure. PRIOR TO SUBMITTING COMPLAINT TO BBB, I ENDEAVORED TO COMMUNICATE WITH DEFENDANT WITH NO SUCCESS. DEFENDANT DID DO A DECENT JOB ON TWO OF MY PROPERTIES BUT HAS YET TO FULFILL HIS VERBAL CONTRACT ON A METAL BUILDING ROOF THAT HAS LEAKS. I DO NOT WANT THIS BUSINESS TO DO THE JOB AS THEY ARE NOT VERSED ON THE TYPE OF WORK TO BE PERFORMED ON MY METAL ROOF. THEY CONVINCED ME THAT THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO STOP LEAKS BUT FAILED.
