Remove four wood framed windows that were rotted, damaged and very inefficient with brand new vinyl single hung windows. We cut out all of the rotted or damaged framing around the windows and then trimmed in the new windows and sealed them up to increase efficiency and improve appearance.

We built a custom composite deck with lit hand rail posts. We also poured two three foot square concrete pads at the bottom of both steps. We also extended the pad for the hot tub so it could hold a new larger hot tub.

We installed a new natural stone backsplash in kitchen above countertops. Wallpaper had to be removed from all of the walls of the kitchen and dining room, then we prepped the walls for paint. We applied a few fresh coats of paint and improved the entire rooms appearance.

Old cabinetry, appliances, wallpaper, flooring, shelving and a few walls that were put in the wrong place were all removed and we came in with all new finishes. New custom shaker style cabinetry, granite counter tops, glass tile back splash, solid hickory wood plank flooring, all trim and walls were painted and new floating shelves were built around the fireplace.
