Our first summer (2021), using this service was Such an amazing experience… Their professionals would come and do an awesome job cutting, trimming, and blowing the grass in our yard…. BUT… this summer is a total change… Our pool is full of grass after every cut, landscaping rocks broken, and water/irrigation covers cracked and broken by their strong trimmers…. Accidents happen, but it was until we reached out to terminate service when Mr. Pham called asking if we wanted our broken landscaping fixed…. Why would you EVER need to ask??? If you break something, you FIX it… I was dumbfounded and refuse to use them ever again. Buyer beware!! Their quality is not what it used to be

THE WORST!!! Our request was to have our hedges trimmed which we agreed to cost. The very next day I had a crew at my house mowing my yard. I asked them to please stop mowing that I had not requested this service. They finished and left. The next week they were back again. I requested that they please leave our property again and they apologized for the inconvenience. The next week they showed up again for the third time and I told them if they didn't leave I was calling the police. Two weeks later I received an invoice for hedge trimming and three mowing charges. When i called to speak with the manager he was not available and called us back. He said that we requested mowing services and I said that we absolutely did NOT! He demanded payment for services rendered. I explained that we would be paying for the hedge clean up only and he said that he would discuss it with the owner. 30 days later we received a call that the company was going to send us to collections for the total amount due. We disagreed strongly with what they were attempting to do and they pushed anyway. 3 months later they are still demanding payment. Looks like I will be fighting this company in court. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. This company is not to be trusted.

In March I requested a quote from Phan Lawn Maintenance to clean up my yard. I had fallen branches from the storm and I needed the grass cut. The woman told me that they were no longer conducting clean up of lawns. I asked if they would make an exception because the storm left my yard in a mess. She declined. In March I hired another company that cleaned my yard and cut around 25 March 2020. I hired another company to cut the grass again around 16 April 2020. I called Phan, requested a cut the week of 8 May 2020. The man said the charge would be $58 (not sure) because they have not serviced the yard in a long time the grass is overgrown. I told him my grass is not overgrown. I provided the same rationale as stated in the second paragraph of this note. They did show up on 8 May 2020. They were in and out in less than 10 minutes. The patio area in the back was not edged, the front on the left side was not edged, and the yard was skimmed, but not cut. There were some short flower-like weeds blooms in the yard with little white caps, the yard was full of them and they were not cut. I called and told the guy I was not satisfied with the cut. He said they gave me a low cut because the grass was overgrown. Again I repeated paragraph two above. He said in order to get a low cut, I would have to agree to a weekly cut. I consider this a dishonest practice taken against a senior citizen. During this period in our country when people are out of work, I try to help you by giving you business and you cheat me, a senior citizen. I said on the phone that he should send me the bill and discontinue the service. I have had a more clear thought process and will not pay for poor performance and dishonesty. Shame on YOU!
