Horrible company!!!! I do NOT recommend Greenway Comfort Solutions. They are extremely unprofessional and they deliver shoddy workmanship. They installed our boiler, gas heating system in 2018. It never worked well. In the beginning, it didn’t work at all. The pilot light kept blowing out with even a small gust of wind. When we called the owner (Mike Mendick) to remedy the situation he started shouting and lost control of his temper which seemed to happen extremely easily. He only responded to requests for help if I suggested that I would leave an unsavory review. After that, he sent someone out to repair the problem(s). Most recently, I called because our pilot light wouldn’t go on so, our heater wouldn’t turn on. First, I asked (reluctantly because of the owner's unhinged tendency to flip out) if someone would come assess the situation. The person who took my call suggested that a tech could simply walk me through the possibilities of what could cause such a problem. She company said that someone would get back to me. Of course, nobody did. I called again the next day and the next day and the next day with no response. I finally got a response on the 4th day and the person on the phone was rude and agitated. He was screaming at me and suggesting that I was trying to get “free stuff” even though it was not my idea that a tech would walk me through the possibilities of what the problem could be. Next, his boss (Mike Mendick) called me back. He immediately resorted to name calling and lots of crazy expletives (f-this, f-that, f-you.. you get the idea). He then told me to “eat a mother effing d—k”. Again, you get the idea. He said this multiple times in multiple ways. I was appalled by the owners lack of self-control, his unprofessionalism, and his lack of empathy in every situation that wasn’t going his way. I asked Mike if his wife knew that he used language like this with his customers and he replied, “I don’t care what my wife thinks and I don't have to listen to her...unlike your weeny -ass husband with the tiny d—k.” On top of all this, they left us with dangerous leaking system, corrosion everywhere, crazy twisted wiring and a hole in the system that is closed up with putty (if that breaks down, we will have a gas leak), and they told us that they will never accept our calls or deal with us again. See the pictures attached. Also, the leak could and probably will allow carbon monoxide to leak into our house and kill us. This is how the owner (Mike Mendick) deals with customers. Stay away from this unhinged owner because he is dangerous. HORRIBLE, RUDE, INAPPROPRIATE, DISGUSTING, UNPARALLELED UNPROFESSIONALISM, AND RIDICULOUSLY BAD WORK ETHIC/MATERIALS. SERIOUSLY DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. WE NEED A NEW HEATER AFTER ONLY 3 YEARS!!

In 2018, I had the owner of the company visit my home and guarantee that I would be satisfied with the equipment and work. The workers arrived on time and that is the only good thing I can report about Greenway Comfort Solutions. I had to make several follow-up calls about my unit not powering off, the overcharged me for the unit and had several calls for the refund they promised (received promise in writing). Because of the unsatisfactory service I received during the install, I never called them for a service follow-up. I went with another company to fix all the issues and shoddy work this company did. My advice to anyone looking to get service from this company... DON’T! Go with a reputable company.

One word sums up this company; AMAZING! Mike gave us an estimate within hours of our request for one. He explained every detail to us. He patiently answered all of our stupid questions. He set up the installation of a new heat pump system for 2 days later. Dave and Austin (techs) showed up at 8AM (right on time). They were knowledgeable, polite, and neat. They did a great job. After the install, BOTH owners, Mike and Dan, showed up to make sure that everything was done to their standards and that we were completely happy. Honestly, we couldn’t be happier with the entire process. Mike responded to all of my text messages within seconds. Replacing a system is never fun, but GreenWay Comfort Soultions takes the pain away. They are good guys. Bruce and I thank you for your expertise, kindness, and knowledge. AMAZING! Btw, we had 4 estimates and GreenWay provided better equipment, better financing, better warranties, and didn’t try to exclude necessary items from the install like others tried to do. I would recommend that you get a quote from them before you choose a competitor. Mike told us their goal was to be a no-brainer for consumers and I would have to say that they’ve achieved that goal.
