Refined Hardwood Flooring

Refined Hardwood Flooring not only has poor customer service, but the quality of work is horrendous. They told us that they specialized in old houses and then continued to complain about the floors in my 1911 house. When they "finished" the job (not to anyones standards) they said it was my fault for not putting in the contract that they would fill holes and gaps. So apparently, according to this company it is not expected for them to actually do floors, but to pretend to do floors. You would think they would tidy up the job instead of bully us, but that is not the case. Do yourself a favor and find a different floor company.
