We have used Gary Pollock's services multiple times both at my house and also at my parents. Gary showed up punctually every time, gave a thorough analysis and explanation of the work and a reasonable quote. He was very professional and courteous. His high quality of work was reasonably priced and he hit his quoted price. On one occasion there was an unforeseen issue which he showed and explained to us. We approved this extra work and he completed it on time. We have no reservations in using Gary Pollocks service again and recommend him highly.

When you call him, he answers the phone. If he is busy, he will call you back. He shows up on-time from start to finish. If for some reason he is running late he calls to let you know.
