We are very pleased with the work Mark Long and his crew did. They were fast, professional and cleaned up everything wonderfully after they were done. They also recommended a great drywall man to replace our ceiling which was damaged by the leak. Happy all the way around. Highly recommend them.

A very good friend of mine found himself in a desperate situation with a major plumbing issue recently. There was a leak in his water main, and he was unable to pay for services. Both of his parents had passed away over the past 3 months, and he is unemployed and about to have his childhood family home taken away from him. Denise and Mark were contacted to see if they could offer some assistance. Mark and his team arrived at my friend's house in an hour and assisted him, even giving him parts that he would need, all free of charge, all from the goodness in their hearts. They saw a man in need and they responded, without question or hesitation. We are forever grateful. Forever.

I converted a room in my home in Winter Springs into a master bedroom. The addition of a new bathroom required about 140 feet of new sewer line to be run and tapped into the existing city sewer line. I was on a very tight schedule, managing the project from out of state, and the key to successful completion of the overall project was getting the rough plumbing completed, so the other subcontractors could complete their work. Long's went the the extra mile for me to make sure things were done when I needed. They were there when they said thew would be and completed the job when they said they would. I really appreciated Mark Long working with me as a partner in seeing that my project was completed successfully ... making suggestions where things could be done in a better way, answering all of my questions right away, and then keeping me informed through the whole process. Mark and his team took care of business in remodeling both of our bathrooms. My wife who is an artist is pleased with the outcome. I would use Mark again in a heartbeat.
