Rick and his crew were professional friendly. They involved me in every stage of the install and informed me of everything they were doing as it happened. The 4 person crew managed to remove my old heat and ac unit and install a completely new system in an afternoon. They cleaned up well when they were done. Rick called to check up on me a few days later - I think that's rare these days. Rick also has a good sense of humor and a positive attitude that made me feel comfortable with his team in my home. His team members were also informative and easy to engage in conversation. They all worked well together and appeared to be very knowledgable about the work they were doing. I'd hire them again.
