We went over board.repaired your toilet ,grouted your tub,scraped and painted your deck,repaired your railing that was fastened by two small brad nails.My associate came by on a Sunday on his own time to put some screws in your broken,poorly constructed railing.ALL for the amazing price of 350.00 dollars!Now the best part is the womans reply "Hi Joe, Thanks so much for sending in your friend this morning. He fixed the rail, and put stronger nails in other parts as well. I really apologize for any misunderstanding. Thank you again and have a great day. Balkissa. Then the husband calls complaining.He called me three or four times.he was hard to understand. It was a very frustrating situation to say the least
