PLEASE READ PREVIOUS REVIEWS. It is not uncommon for the untrained layman to fail to understand and appreciate the complexities of analyzing and repairing electrical systems. Fortunately, a well-seasoned Master Electrician, or other qualified electrician, has the skills to address any electrical issue, even when unexpected. Although the service call was initially for only (2) issues, in actuality , Palmore Electric diagnosed and resolved (6) separate electrical issues involving (4) separate 120V/20A electrical circuits and (18) outlets in only (3.0) hours, averaging (2) issues analyzed and repaired per hour. Kirt M. was not present at any time during the service call. Only (1) issue remained when we were forced to stop in order to to keep an appointment with a couple who are both disabled and had lost their emergency communications lifeline circuits. Before we left, Cindy M. scheduled a return appointment with us for the following week to address the final issue and replace several lighting fixtures. Kirt M. was not charged for the 1.75 hours of travel required to reach him through a variety of traffic incidents, nor the 1+ hour return, nor additional cost for analyzing multiple issue. He was charged for the on-site hourly rate and materials to which he had agreed. Having averaged (2) issues analyzed and repaired per hour far exceeds our claim to locate any (1) issue in (1) hour. After we had expended 1.75 hours reaching Kit M. 's home on the requested 2nd appointment, Kirt M. was this time present and presented as agitated, abusive, sarcastic, and condescending, and created a hostile environment. Company policy excludes such behaviors as intolerable and unacceptable when directed towards any of our employees, from Apprentice to Master. A search of L&I records reveals that there have been NO permits issued for home improvements at Kirt M.'s house in recent years, despite the fact that areas in which we worked were additions and improvements from recent years performed by a "handyman", according to Sindy M. ALL of the exterior electrical issues were the result of having used an unlicensed handyman to illegally perform electrical work on the house. That is why it is illegal and ill-advised. We reserve the right to reject unacceptable clients. Kirt M.'s additional requests were politely waived. He was not charged additionally for the appointment, nor the travel.
