Workmanship Warranteed, Satisfaction Guaranteed All of our work comes with a warranty. Usually, there is a short period during which your pest activity will taper off. Following that, you will have a warranty for a specific period of time, the length of which will depend on the pests involved. If you have continuing problems during the warranty period, we will retreat as necessary until your problem is solved. All of our rodent exclusion work comes with a lifetime warranty. Regular contract work is warranted for the length of the contract. Competitive Pricing Pricing is determined by the pests involved, and by the size and complexity of the structure (or other area) to be treated. Our office staff can usually quote you a price range for your situation when you first call us, with your technician making the final determination when he has arrived and inspected your property.
