I had my floors redone in the kitchen/bathroom/foyer area. They gave me a 1 year warranty on the workmanship and then proceeded to not honor that warranty. The owner, Manny, had more of the experience, however he and his helper Javier, did a VERY sloppy job. It seemed like they were rushing, however, they made sure to leave on time. A job very poorly done. There were dents in the walls, scratches on the moldings, they got paint on my doors that shouldn't be there, they did not put the floor snuggley together in some spots so there are gaps. They were using a box cutter to cut the vinyl flooring to fit and layed a piece right in the middle of the foyer that had been cut through inadvertantly. They never noticed it. My toilet is not running correctly after the reinstallation. They would not fix it and terminated our relationship after giving me a reimbursement for the cost to fix it.
