Job was to complete unfinished basement. Lots of excuses for delays. Promises not kept. Cuts corners. Would not recommend or hire again.

Need you to fix the floors that are coming out please.

I recently worked with Bob Revellese for my basement remodeling project. Few months ago, we bought a brand new home in an upscale neighborhood in Fulton County. The home is built by a very reputed nationwide builder and while researching on whom to hire for the remodeling, I was very concerned that remodeling may not be same quality in terms of look, feel and finishing as my rest of the home. Before contacting Bob I got several bids from different contractors and I got anywhere from very high to very low bids and I was very confused what to do. Then by accident I ran into folks from Porch.com at Lowes store and they told me to post my project at Porch. As soon as I posted the project I got a call from Bob and I invited him to come to my place to do measurements and give me a bid. He came in and not only gave me a very fair bid but also gave me lot of very good advice on how to do the remodel so that I achieve what I was looking for and maintain the flow and quality consistent with rest of the home. Given his approach and customer service I hired him for that project. He got started with his team with in a week and after several weeks of hard work finished my project. In the middle of the project I felt that the finishing might not be at par with rest of the home and he kept telling me to be patient and have faith. At the end of the project I must saw I was VERY impressed. The outcome of the project came out so well that when my neighbors come to see my basement remodel they can't believe that it was not part of original home. Ultimately working with Bob was an absolute pleasure. I not only got what I wanted but made my wife also happy with the overall look, feel and quality of work his team did. I would hire Bob in heartbeat again for future remodel projects and for my investment properties.
