Applied for a rental in April 2018 and was quickly approved. Property was shown at our convenience. When we decided to rent the home the process went quickly and smoothly. After 4 years we just moved from the property this month (June 2022). If we hadn’t had to move to help family with health issues, we would still be renters from Smucker. We paid our rent on time. Followed the rules of our lease and reported any issues right away. We never had an issue with this company/rental that wasn’t addressed in a very timely & professional manner. And there weren’t many times we needed to report issues as the property was well maintained. Staff was always kind and friendly when we stopped in or spoke with them. I ABSOLUTELY recommend Smucker Team Realty. We followed the rules and paid our rent on time and never had a single issue with this company.
