Terrence Gaines is a flat out criminal who refuses to pay his contractors and steals their equipment, He even trying not to pay employees and watches them get injured on the job and Refused to take care of them. He owes me $800 and refuses to pay for work done. He is a shady individual he will steal anything not tied down!
