I am looking to have a free inspection completed on roof for two reasons. 1. Get a written assessment on roof condition which is required for a homeowners policy quote. 2. Develop a relationship with a roofing company when I decide to replace the roof in the future. The home was built in 1996. I have lived here 12 years. I’m assuming the roof is original when the house was built. I have had no issues with it. Thank you for your help. Greg
