Design/Build: By using our team of designers, engineers and architects we offer the ability to plan and construct the building you desire within the budgets you set. Sustainability Design: PELGC is committed to sustainability growth and design by providing the client with energy saving options. Site Planning: We offer our clients a service that not only helps you in finding your next location but also we evaluate the existing land or building to ensure that you are moving into an area that benefits you as a client. We will do studies on the land itself or provide you with a detailed report on an existing building you may be purchasing. Post Completion: We provide a complete closeout manual that includes: Detailed Warranty Packages, Photo Documentation of the Project, Accurate as built drawings and continued support to the owner after the project finalizes.
