| NG Renovation | Dec 2014 | Total demolition and renovation of 1500 square feet apartment, including 2 full baths, 1 kitchen, 3 bedrooms, family room and dining room. This project was totally customized by client using materials such as Owens Corning insulation, all interior and exterior partitions were reconstucted from new Douglas Fur framing material. All new electrical wires were installed with LED lighting. Complete sound and computer systems installed before walls were sheet rocked. The entire 1500 square foot was trimmed with 7.5 inch base moulding and 4 5/8 crown moulding. Bathrooms were finished with wainescoating and a raised panel look consisitng of all Azek material.
