Two days ago I found mouse in my basement – I called KEB off the recommendation of my aunt. They scheduled us the very next day, and the tech arrived early. He did a sweep of the house and the basement and found the mouse I had seen in my basement. He said he plugged up the hole and laid down three traps and they would be back. Sunday night I found a dead mouse in my clean clothes in the washing machine. We paid with a credit card over the phone. On Monday morning I received a series of EIGHT phone calls while I was at work asking to verify various pieces of the credit card information. Each time I confirmed all the information was had and was told it was the owner who copied it down wrong. Next, the owner called us back and said they couldn’t have our negative energy and wouldn’t be charging us and they wouldn’t be coming back to finish the job. He took responsibility for copying down the wrong information, but refuses to do business with me. STAY FAR AWAY from these people - they cannot operate their office and the customers have to deal with it.

I have been using KEB Pest Control for twenty years. They are reliable, honest, patient, efficient, neat, courteous, knowledgeable, effective, and reasonably priced. What more could I ask for?

My experience was pleasant, painless and reasonably priced. I was referred to them and although I think I am out of their initial service area ...they still came!!!
