All Flooring Plus Renovation

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR 1) Started laying my vinyl floors on June 9th in a 1,267 foot house. It is not complete yet 2) Left unskilled men in my house, who had never laid vinyl floors before, and he was not on site 3) Broke my nozzle to my washer and it has not been replaced 4) There are more than 20 spots that need repairs due to the fact that the vinyl is raised 5) whole doorway to bathroom is not complete (he started to redo it, but left it with the glue exposed a) he informed me that he had another job starting; therefore, mine is left unfinished 6) Left all of his trash and materials in my driveway. 7) He and his team made so many mistakes, they used my extra box of vinyl (he told me he would replace this. He has not) 8) If he is a "floor" guy, I would have expected that he would have his own materials to prep my floor. He did not. I went to home depot a number of times. I also had to rent the machine to remove the tile. 9) He threw away my screen-door blind. When I asked him about this he said he thought it was trash. There was no reason to think this was trash. It was in perfect working condition. 10) He threw away my brown quarter round in the kitchen and tried to replace it with primed white. When I told him no, he went through the trash and found 1/2 of it. He then, once again, sent me to Home Depot to buy quarter round and the stain. a) I had to stain this, even though I was paying him. b) this quarter round is still not installed 11) He did not like the 8 ft. quarter round that I had for he house so he wanted to use his own 16 ft. material. I was fine with that. I paid him $150.00 for this material a) he told me that he would take mine back to Lumber Liquidators $387.00 worth b) he has not done this - I asked him to just return it to my property so that I can get the credit. He has not done this - I am filing a police report tomorrow for theft. 12) He has ignored my texts and my calls. 13) I realize that I need to get someone else in to complete his work and correct his mistakes. But I want my materials back, and his trash removed off my property and he has done neither. I highly recommend you take him off of your list of contractors.
