Welcome to Neiberger & Sons Construction. The ensuing pages will provide a small glimpse into our company, our capabilities and our goals. Although the internet is a modern marvel, it is limited to sounds, images and text, it can not convey our demeanor, our dedication, our pride or our passion. The nature of these qualities can only be surveyed in person. We would be in error if we said, "Money wasn't important!". In fact money is very important, both to you as a consumer and to us as a provider of tangible goods. To Neiberger & Sons Construction the quality of the product is as, if not more, important than the profit margin. Customer satisfaction is our most important product and a sound economic work ethic is a sure path to mutual success. A satisfied customer that voices his approval to his friends and neighbors is one of our highest priorities. We look forward to a personal meeting to discuss any and all phases of your construction project. From coops to castles, the smallest job gets the same quality and attention as the biggest job, just on a smaller scale. You may contact us through our contact page, or our quick and easy contact form, for expert advice and service concerning any of your building needs.

Poor workmanship: The contractor was hired to complete (among other tasks) structural concrete and floor finishing our new single family residence. The reason why we hired this contractor to do the slab and finish the concrete floors was to allow him to have total control (start to finish) on the final outcome. Unfortunately due to bad workmanship and experience in installing and dealing with insulation foam required by code to insulate the perimeter of the slab the final outcome did not meet our expectations and desired outcome previously agreed with contractor. The contractor admitted to us that what caused the large chunks of aggregate coming up to surface and possibly the immediate creation of cracks was the way concrete was poured nothing to do with the unforeseen sight conditions or age, hardness and porosity of concrete (please see attached pictures) HIS COMMENT WAS: WE'LL GET IT RIGHT THE NEXT HOUSE!!! If you want your house treated like a guinea pig then hire JUSTIN so that he can have his crew of nasty people with GO BACK TO LA stickers on their trucks messing with it Concrete was wrongly poured beginning with the footings right under the insulation foam causing the foam to raise and create high spots all over the perimeter of the slab. Concrete should have been poured from the center of the slab going out covering the foam with the weight of the concrete. The contractor lied using the "unforeseen sight conditions or age, hardness and porosity of concrete" excuse when we amicably reached out to ask for a solution. We were extremely clear with contractor in asking for flors to have natural fine grain / sand look finish. We provided examples from other residences we had built specifically asking to avoid large aggregate showing. Contractors License Board was 100% on our side to the point that they escalated the case assigning it to an investigator. Investigator confirmed that they would have enforced a payment but unfortunately due to the low amount (6K) they could only recommend to file with you or small claim court. The only solution Neiberger was proposing was to stain the concrete at our expense! We asked other concrete contractors and we got a couple of estimates. In their opinion the only solution was to resurface the concrete slab for 6K
