Serviceman was rude and disrespectful when asked to remove his shoes, wear booties or put on a mask in my home. When I told him to put on a mask or leave, he refused to cover his nose with the mask. He laughed when I told him we are in the middle of a pandemic and hundreds of thousands of people have died. Had to force him to leave.
