Order for replacement of front steps. Workers arrived unannounced (no contact to let me know when they would be arriving) in the rain and drove their truck into my yard, tearing up the yard, grass and tree. While removing the previous porch/steps, they cracked the concrete sidewalk in front of my steps, causing part of it to "sink" into the ground. This crack now causes water to pool at the end of my steps when it rains (which will be ice once the weather turns cold again!) Made several attempts to contact by phone, but did not get a response.
