Unreliable and unprofessional. Set up an appointment to get my old apartment cleaned after moving. First was told they could not do it on the day scheduled and was told they could do it the day after at 1pm. waited 3 hours and received no call or anything about being late or not being able to make it. I tried contacting the owner several times got no reply. Do not trust this company not worth the headache.

The movers had to reschedule due to the non-availability of the truck the first day. Then were about an hour and 45 minutes late on the rescheduled day. They came in wih the requested Boxes and set them all up for me to pack up some of our stuff. They spent most of the time moving the bedroom furniture, rightly so since it is HEAVY. However, that did not allow much time for them to pack anything, so we didn’t get to the kitchen like we originally planned. However, the movers were polite and direct with their questions in what needed to be done. They moved in the pre-described 3 hrs.

They were pleasant to work with and got the job done.
