Billy came by to give us a quote . He seemed knowledgeable. He power washed the first day and then repaired and was to seal the next. He patched and did not smooth it out. He painted the spots he said he could remove and said it would dry in a couple of days. It is still the same as it was the first day it looks like he painted it with a totally different color. I texted and called after a couple of days and said he would come by and now he will not respond to and calls or texts. So disappointed! It is a scam. They do not know what they are doing and it is a mess. He had enough time to cash the check !

Update on my previous review: Within a week of the concrete work being completed, we started to have chipping and peeling. This was a repair, so I understand that the concrete might not adhere as well in areas. I contacted Active Pacific Concrete about repairs. At first they agreed to come out. They were delayed in doing so, but came and scraped the loose spots. They were supposed to come back to patch. Unfortunately they kept setting times and then not showing. The owner said he was in surgery. I waited and tried to reschedule MANY times. Eventually he stopped communicating. I'm extremely disappointed.

The work itself was completed as described. Billy was quick with communication and scheduling. It was difficult to find someone to do concrete work, so we were happy to get this completed. However, the attention to detail wasn't great and work could be neater (paint drips, take more time to get things smooth). We were disappointed after the work was completed to discover that our plants were trampled and the guys dug a hole in the middle of our flower bed where it appeared they mixed concrete! We dug it up right away to prevent damage. We also found concrete powder tossed under another plant and a cigarette butt and lighter left in the yard. While this wasn't permanent damage, we think the crew should be more respectful of the client's property.
