The worst scheduling system ever. They are always booked and inconsistent with their scheduling and will tell you that you are a "regular customer" and will be on their regular schedule, only to tell you later that you aren't and you're up the creek for the year. It is impossible to just get a consistent regular yearly cleaning with these people. I only managed to use them once , and then got fed up with their wishy washy noncommittal non schedule and started using Glass Guru instead, which also serves Ann Arbor.
