I would give zero stars if possible. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. First of all, their “scheduling center” is a joke. This is essentially the only way you get in touch with anyone but the fact is they can’t tell you anything. All they do is leave a message for whatever your home office is and then those people are supposed to call you back. If this were the only issue, I could get past the inconvenience but the fact is that everything that’s wrong with these people adds up quickly. For a while they were fine, aside from not being able to get in touch with people; however, in the past 2 months that has drastically changed. After breaking a souvenir from Mexico they left us a card stating there was an accident and gave us a number to call. Fine, I get it, accidents happen. Personally I’d think you’d be more careful when you see multiple breakable things in front of you that clearly come from multiple countries around the world, but whatever, at least you acknowledged you broke it. My husband called a couple days later requesting reimbursement. He told the woman over the phone that it was a hand painted sugar skull from Mexico and indicated we wanted it replaced. After hearing what it was, the woman said she’d have to talk to her manager and get back to us. A week goes by and we hear nothing- not acceptable. Then we call back and are told we have to fill out their version of an incident report in order for it to be reimbursed (ok would’ve been nice if the first person had told me that and sent it to me). Finally received the form the next day to complete. From reading the form, apparently it’s required that they have some kind of incident report from the team that actually broke the item in order for it to be reimbursed- this is important for later. Form is completed, attaching pictures is a complete pain in the a$$ because they have to be in a format not compatible with the way an iphone saves, but I digress. Form is sent in and it’s now been 2 weeks with ZERO CONTACT from anyone there. When we called we were told to submit the form, said yes that’s already been done, and then the person magically happened to find it but said nothing had been reviewed yet. Said it would be reviewed by the end of the day and guess what, NO ONE CONTACTED US AGAIN. My husband has now called the local office and left multiple messages and no one has called us back *surprise surprise*. We finally got in touch with someone at the main office- over a week later- who told us that the claim *should* be paid but nothing has happened yet; however, a check will probably go in the mail that week. They were told then and there that until a check showed up they were not allowed in our house and the clean scheduled for that week needed to be cancelled. They actually had the audacity to ask “oh, has this affected your satisfaction with our service?” I’m mean seriously are you people joking or do you really think this wouldn’t piss someone off? And guess what, over a week later we haven’t been paid and no one has called to say what’s going on with the claim. So, strike 1, horrible call center, strike 2, they break your stuff and then just decide to ignore you. Strike 3- on their last visit they were scheduled to arrive between 2-4pm. They decide to show up at 5:30!!!!! I was in the hospital for outpatient surgery and come home at 6 to find them parked in my driveway. THEY NEVER CALLED TO SAY THEY WOULD BE LATE (see a pattern here?!?) so I get to come home and sit in my car on pain meds, with a toddler and a dog in the back seat waiting for them to leave. My husband calls and is told they showed up late and should’ve called but they would call and ask them to leave and come back another day. It takes 30 minutes for them to leave and instead of picking up and leaving when asked, they decided to rush to finish so they didn’t have to come back. I walk in to still wet floors, the vacuuming on the stairs was clearly a half-a$$ job and nothing was put back in place. Called the scheduling people on Monday, after dropping our dog at daycare again, and was told that the team finished so they wouldn’t be returning. To top it off, after they left we discovered they’d chipped our spoonrest that sits on the stove, whatever cleaner they used on our stove had removed part of the LG logo, and clearly it’s no longer a coincidence that 2 small decorative air plants we had for the past 3 years disappeared (I’m assuming someone knocked them out of the containers and just decided to sweep them up since they don’t have a root system). But guess what, none of these things had an incident report by the cleaning team so now what am I supposed to do? We chose this company because they had slightly lower rates than our previous company- clearly you get what you pay for. At this point these people are NEVER allowed in my house ever again and my guess is I’ll never see the money for my sugar skull given their (un)responsiveness. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE THE COMPANY IS A TOTAL JOKE
