New Rooms & Spaces

We started a bathroom remodel with Scott Loeffler who is owner of New Rooms & Soaces on 5/25/2016. It is now 6/10/2019 and still dont have a final sign off by the city for work completed. This is one of the issues of many. I had ordered a white tub and had an almond tub installed. Upon confronting Scott, he said “yeah I didnt think it looked right when we put it in” My husband was home when it was installed so it should have been doubled checked right away. Second, when the tub was installed it was not installed correctly creating a flood in my kitchen which is below the bathroom. I had water flowing out of my ceiling onto the floor resulting in 4 inches of water in my kitchen. The wrong windows were installed. I had to install all of the fixtures as Scott was absent and unable to be reached by phone multiple times. 3 years later and we are still waiting for an end to this nightmare. DO NOT USE!!
