My elderly mothers Samsung Refrigerator stopped dispensing water through the door tap. I summonsed Appliance Professionals Unlimited to her home in an effort to address the problem. A appointment was made with Jonathan as the technician assigned to my call. He did as described in that he called ahead to let me know that he was on the way and did so in the prescribed time frame for the appointment. Jonathan arrived and began work to determine what the problem was and within a matter of 30 minutes or so he had determined that a water supply line for this door water supply had frozen inside the refrigerator exterior housing and was not allowing water to flow to the tap in the door. This was due to the insulation surrounding the supply line becoming defective and it's no longer doing it's job of insulating this water line thus the freezing. Jonathan was punctual and clean in his appearance and work. I would and will definitely use Appliance Professions Unlimited of Asheville again. Pleasant experience even though the problem was not corrected due to the ultimate cost for the prescribed repair and the age of the refrigerator in question.
