The Home Care Specialist

One of the worse experiences of my life. Most unprofessional person. Don’t return text messages, don’t always show up as expected, doesn’t protect property causing damage, sloppy work, doesn’t take direction, and cannot be trusted to complete the work in a timely manner. After multiple times of poor work walked off the job leaving my home a complete mess. Now threatening to file a claim against me for not paying. He should be paying me for having to correct all of his mistakes. Can’t believe he’s been in the business for over 20 years.

Earlier this year I hired Ron to install a new electrical panel for me. When he first came out to look at the old panel and give me a quote, I asked him if he knew anyone that does plumping. He said he did, I told him what I needed (toilet rough in was 8") standard is 12". He had to jack hammer the floor up to move the pipe. He stayed right on target with the original quote other then a few extra things I had him do. If I was home while he was there he was really good at keeping me informed on what he was doing. Hoping he will get back to my voicemail I just left him on a granite countertop install. I would definitely hire him again.

During the first part of February, Ron replaced a fence in our backyard. Besides rarely answering his phone, leaving old concrete all over our yard, and not removing one 4x4 post; we had thought he did a pretty good job. The fence itself looks good but we got a pretty good surprise when our neighbor turned on her sprinklers... Ron built the fence too far into her yard and now her sprinkler is in my yard. He promised my wife that he would leave a receipt after loading his equipment but failed to do so. He was also supposed to return the following day to give my wife a quote for another interior painting job but never came. Our neighbor, my wife and myself all have tried calling him but he refuses to answer or return anyone's calls. I've also tried emailing him but he won't respond to that either. I didn't want to leave a bad review but he's left me no choice. I'm to the point where my next complaint will go to the BBB and I will be contacting a lawyer if he doesn't make this right. All it would take is for him to fix the fence and clean up the rest of his mess but he's shown his true colors thus far. I will gladly change my review IF and only IF he fixes our fence......
