Don't do business with this company. You should never sign up for a service plan for a discount on service because they charge you a year later without notice to "renew" their plan. Don't call them about it either, since their process to arrange for a refund involves sending an email to their dispatch team via Gmail for the "finance team" to review your claim. They are not professionals, and have exceptionally poor customer service over the phone. It's not worth the hassle. There are lots of good, reliable plumbers in DFW and the Mansfield area. Skip All Masters Plumbing, or at least be sure to use a credit card so you can reverse erroneous charges if they decide to dip into your account without any notice.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY HIRE INEXPERIENCED AND UNDERQUALIFIED TECHNICIANS AND WON'T HONOR ANY QUOTE GIVEN BY FORMER EMPLOYEES. THEY WILL FIND AN ISSUE WITH ANY QUOTE GIVEN, THEY WILL DOUBLE, EVEN QUADRUPLE THE PRICE.
