DRAIN & PLUMBING SERVICE

The company is the worst I have ever dealt with. They Never showed up for the appointment. Never called. Nothing. Absolute jerks!!! Need to be shut down & put out of business. 1 star rating is too good.

Worst service provider I have ever worked with. Their customer service and receptionist are the epitome of how not to run a company. Absolutely no customer response; no way to reach them because their mailbox is always full (according to the receptionist, "it happens"); and they do not show up for appointments (which are difficult to make since no one answers the phone.

We had a great experience with the staff of Drain & Plumbing. We had to repair an entire main sewer line; which required tunneled under our driveway and all the way to the street. We had an upcoming party and they were diligent in making sure they finished the job in time. I would recommend their staff to anyone in need of plumbing repairs.

These guys are AWESOME!! They were quick and made things so easy to get a new water heater for us. They work hard and diligently and got the job done. And very nice gentlemen. Thanks!!
