Carolina Comfort has a rich history. Founded by Vernon Duckett in 1975, Carolina Comfort has become synonymous with Comfort, Quality, and Support. The company has an excellent reputation among both commercial and residential customers. Mr. Duckett, and his wife of 49 years, Linda, built a company that is truly focused on meeting and exceeding customer needs and expectations. Part of their success relates to the quality of products they sell. Another part is the training and skill of their technical staff. The final part of that success is the education they provide to their customers so they can get more life from their equipment investment.

I own a few apartments, so I've seen the same breakdowns happen to a few of my systems. Two years ago (and once again a year earlier) I needed the same service that I needed this time: The fan motor in the air handler broke down and needed to be replaced. So it was the same job on an identical system. This time I called Carolina Comfort. They were able to come out NEXT DAY. That's why they get 2 Stars, but they charged me almost DOUBLE what it cost me to do the same job with the other service company who was not available to me this time. Will they fix your problem next day? Sure they will. If that's worth it to you, then call them.
