Mike and Michelle are both absolutely delightful, Mike has been working on all of our (husbands and selves) investment properties in Jacksonville for 11 years, hes a great contractor from ideas with design, building, budget saving us money and meeting deadlines, Mike is honest, dependable, sensible,creative and professional, We are always saying how we wish Mike were able to take care of all our properties even out of states. Michelle is accountable and even helps us by sending property listings that are great investment opportunities, professional, and has overcome some pretty amazing , obstacles, taking her own time making the impossible possible. Porch Enclosure for game room, with custom deck 250 sqft with floating dock to their water access , Exterior and Interior custom paint, Custom designed (by Mike Brown) Crown Molding through entire home , Added more custom cabinets in kitchen to the ceiling for more storage and beauty and refinished existing . Wainscoting in Living areas. Bidet install in Master bath extended the "toilet room" to accommodate the new Bidet while making a custom book/shelf wall, we designed and built a his and hers closet in the master. Installed Water softener , Water Heater, Dishwasher , Garbage disposal , Customized the Laundry room , with shelves and storage. replaced most every door to solid wood and all hardware, resurfaces 3 porcelain bathtubs to white. Changed Fireplace tile, kitchen backsplash tile, and two bathrooms. added 5 inch baseboard throughout entire house, build custom shelves in other bedroom closets .
