Clothes washer, We need to remove an old washer and drier, and cut the line so that it won't be installed again (a condo requirement). We discovered that the shutoff water valve in the apartment needs replacing because it's not shutting off all the way. We were quoted a ridiculously high amount to replace the valve. We are hoping to do better for both jobs.
