Bakersfield Bank | Jan 2012 | This is a new credit union facility with 4 drive through teller lanes and 8 interior teller stations. The branch also includes full loan processing for home, auto, etc. The challenges to the design were the mandate to maintain the existing 10,000 sq.ft.+ facility that sat on the front of the property since the early 1960's and included 2 teller lanes for vehicles towards the rear of the building. The client desired full access to the building and the teller lanes while construction occurred severely limiting the overall footprint of the new structure. | Bakersfield, CA | ||
