Wayne Morgan was extremely professional and did a fantastic job! Not only did he fix our kitchen drain, he provided us with options and educated us on proper use to ensure the problem does not happen again. I highly recommend Wayne Morgan and Len The Plumber. Awesome job! (Job No. 546416)

MULTIPLE PROBLEMS AND NO CALL BACK IN OVER 2 MONTHS! In December 2015 we had Len the Plumber put up an acrylic shower to replace our tile that was in serious need of being redone. We were told by the technician that it would be at least 1K more to get someone to come out and retile it so we went with the acrylic that they had. They could only get it for us in white which did not match the rest of our fixtures but we just wanted our shower back after sharing with the kids for 2 years. We were told that part of the drywall would be removed and the flange from the top and edges of the shower would go into the studs and we would be responsible for repairing the drywall or hiring someone to do that. After the work was done we found out that we could have had the tile replaced for about $200.00 more than what we paid for the acrylic which I firmly expressed in the beginning that I didn’t want. Now, since Len the Plumber doesn’t do tiling I have to wonder if I was told it would be so much more money so that I would hire them and not a tile company. Shame on me for not doing more research. After the shower was installed I noticed that one entire side was installed over the drywall and not under as I was told. The technician and his supervisor came out and I was told that they had to do it this way so as not to destroy the firewall between our townhouse and the next one. In the end they paid for the drywall person to come out and fix all of the drywall. Since they had to put drywall on the entire wall where it was installed over the original fire retardant drywall my bathroom door no longer opens all the way. I relatively minor inconvenience but I do feel it was not done right. I also noticed when I first saw the installation that the caulking that was done looked horrible. There were spots about an inch long that were completely missed and there was extra caulk that I had to scrape off of the acrylic. I was told by the supervisor that the caulk was really just an aesthetic thing and the unit was self-sealing so no water should leak out of the shower. I said if it was “aesthetic” why did it look so bad? The supervisor suggested that once the drywall was complete I should call and they could come out and redo the caulking. Before that happened I noticed a couple of cracks in the acrylic unit. As it was still under warranty they arranged for someone from another company to come make the repair. I was satisfied with the repair. I was told by the repair person that the unit likely cracked because it was not installed correctly and he said that the unit never should have been caulked at all. He pointed out how now there was built up soap scum in the areas that were missed with caulk and now brown goo was draining into the shower’s floor plan. I have been placing calls to Len the Plumber for well over 2 months now and no one has returned a single one of my calls. Robin at the call center has been very helpful passing on messages and she has let them know, once I started calling weekly, that this was now an urgent matter and their customer was extremely upset. Still no call. I appreciate that they paid for the drywall repair but it needed significant repair due to how the unit was installed. I also appreciate that they arranged for the repair of the cracks although it was still under warranty it was nice to not have to make that call. I do not understand why they couldn’t complete a simple caulking job and why no one has returned any of my many calls over a span of over 2 months. It seems that once the bill is paid they are not as attentive to their customers. I will not be using Len the Plumber again and I would advise anyone considering them to do their research before-hand.

DO NOT use LEN the Plumber, they are unreliable and have no consideration for their customer’s time. First off their flier boast same day service, seven days a week. This is B.S.! I called this past Saturday morning and they told me they were booked up for the weekend. Their next available appointment was not until Monday. I scheduled my appointment for 5:00 to 8:00pm so I wouldn’t miss a day from work. After working all day, and rushing home to ensure I was home for the agreed upon time, I was kept waiting for nearly 3 hours before I was even contacted. I received a call at exactly 7:47pm telling me that I would not be receiving any service because the technician was held up at their prior job. They waited to tell me this right at the end of my appointment time so my entire evening was wasted. No consideration for their customer’s time! I voiced my discontent with the representative and then rescheduled for the next day. In light of that evening’s events, I asked that I be scheduled for the first part of that same 5:00 to 8:00pm appointment time. The representative said she would annotate this on the appointment notes. The next day they called me at 7:34pm. When I began to voice my displeasure at their lack of consideration for my time after I had requested to be first appointment for that timeframe, the representative made a snide comment after which I hung up. I have now wasted 2 evenings waiting on these people to show up and provide service. I’ve had no work done and still have the original water leak problem I had called them about which by the way is continuing to cost me money. If you want fast reliable service that resolves your plumbing issue, LEN the Plumber is NOT the service provider for you. Do yourself a favor and avoid them like the plague!
