Design basement with bedroom, bathroom, and family room. This part of the basement is just a little under 800 Sq. Ft., and was being somewhat used in-spite of the fact that it didn't have a concrete floor. Just dirt and plastic. They called it the Dirt Dungeon. Stage one was to dig the basement floor down an additional 6", install drain tile, drain pipes for bathroom, sump pump, gravel, concrete, and water proof block walls. We also installed an egress window with a block window well, and drain for the future bedroom. Second stage, we built 2x4 walls, had new electric, plumbing, and HVAC line set installed. Once all the county inspections were done, Final stage we did the drywall, trim, painting, installed Allure Ultra vinyl plank flooring, and tile in the bathroom. Installed 4 ft. fiberglass shower, vanity and mirror, and toilet. We built a family room, bedroom, and full bathroom, all heated and cooled with a new ductless 26 SEER system. We also put in plumbing for a Wet Bar which should be completed by the end of October as an additional project. Room Sizes Family Room 25' x 16', Bedroom 16' x 11', Bathroom 7' x 8' Utility room 4' x 8'.
