House Call Home Inspection

HIGHLY UNSATISFIED with the quality of this inspection. I'm glad I had a Home Warranty, or I would be paying even more than I already have. Upon moving in, there were several problems not noted on the inspection, and one that the inspector Paul Pickett even verbally told me wrong information. Poor Water Pressure in Master Bathroom Stove Igniter Not Functioning Dishwasher line clogged, not getting enough water to clean dishes Faulty Power in Laundry Room Leak in Air Conditioning (This was by far the worst, because he noted on the inspection that the cooling wasn't adequate, but told me verbally that it was most likely too cold outside when he tested for the air conditioner to run optimally. Had he not mentioned that, I would have included that in my requests to the previous homeowner and saved $3300!) In talking with Paul's manager "PeeWee", he was unwilling to admit any fault, and never responded back to my inquiry. Absolute TRASH service!
