Bob Schaefer Owner of Atlas Construction Group LLC Use to Own Cardinal Construction Corp in Geneva IL He has taken a lot of $ from people in the Chicagoland Area, he took $ started my job never finished and work was done so poorly I had to hire another Contractor to fix the problems & finish the job! He wouldn't answer or return calls and doing research he opened up 2 Companies: Cardinal Construction LLC and Atlas Construction Group LLC with the address : 1275 Roosevelt Rd # 118 West Chicago IL 60185 Illegally as I went to look for him at that Bldg in 6/2016 and it was & still is Vacant & I went to his Home in Geneva IL which he wasn't home & he had moved to FL (Character? Who just leaves their wife & son ?) and still resides in Florida. In Illinois General Contractors are NOT Required to take any Testing in order to carry a License so he opened these Companies using a false address ! I' am just 1 of many people that have been taken for a great amount of $ and all it can do is sit in Kane County Court House He knows the system very well A Conman is an understatement! If you want "Real Honest Reviews" Look up BBB under Cardinal Construction as well as Google his name and that will say enough! Anyone can put up a fancy website with pictures (that isn't their work) To lure you in and he's smooth I'll give him that . Atlas evidently is a Big Company that evidently doesn't do background checks so It's my Advise to look him up !! Thank you

Yes Atlas is a Big Franchise and it is evident They DO NOT do any background checks but just let anybody use their "Brand Name" Any Company can find pictures to put on their Website they created Bob Schaefer Claims to have 30 years experience but knowing his age that's virtually impossible.
