This guy is clueless. He didn't realize that our ceiling vents provide heat and AC to the upper level of the house, so he said there was no heat and AC. He made an issue about having rubber tub drain plugs. He said there is a "major issue" because we have an access to the plumbing in the wall (like most houses.) What a waste of time and money for the buyers, sellers and realtors!
