Buying a home is exciting and stressful. Understanding what we were purchasing with our future home and being prepared is so important. Michael at Gallant was so helpful. We had concerns about the crawl space - he identified an issue which helped us negotiate with our seller to install a water pump. He showed up on time, was very thorough and explained everything to us as he completed our inspection. We received our report the same day which helped us with our decision and move forward with our new home. I'd give 10 stars if that was possible. He saved us a lot of money. Thank you Gallant!!!!
