Directed by the home owner to renovate the entire house, the project included the addition of a full second story. The home owner tells us how the project was conceived, how it progressed, and why he felt that there was no one better suited than Lombardi Construction to pull it off. "Planning and carrying out a major home renovation can be intimidating. I knew where I wanted to go with it but not how to get there and I certainly didn't have an unlimited budget", states homeowner Rich Jensen. "The craftsmanship and expertise of Lombardi Construction took me from a dilapidated, cramped and outdated eyesore to a beautiful, spacious and modern home.
