They missed the fact the my basement sump was installed under a wall in the unfinished basement and cannot be accessed, also that there were not plumbing vents installed, also did not get on roof and so didnt notice the missing screws in the roof where water has been getting through for many years. When contacted they just gave me canned answers about not being able to see concealed items or identify latent defects which do not at all pertain to my issues. They just collect their $800 and don’t honor their customer satisfaction guarantee. Take my advice and choose a different inspector.
