They were hired for an insurance job 1. They Failed to pull a City required permit on the job 2.They repaired two whole side of my house in One wall literally waves on the inside and the outside 3. They saw the holes through the inside of my house and did a horrible repair job (on an original wall) 4. They had paint and stucco all over my backyard 5. They saw the hole in my cabinet and didn’t repair or say anything 6. Whatever chemicals they use has ruined several windows 7. I picked carpet out and a project manager Janet said it was delayed and she would find carpet that was comparable to what I picked and it was nowhere near comparable 8. She replace my 10 pound carpet pad with a 6.5 “because she felt like it” -verbatim by Janet 9. My baseboards were cut short and a totally different color than the original 10. My wall outlets look sloppy 11. My hardwood floors and baseboards that were water damaged was never thought to be mention to the insurance company even though it was a direct result of the original claim 12. My said that they moved to fix the wall is still where they moved it to 13. They declined to come back and fix all the work they messed up and it’s been almost 2 years
