Capital Builders

Capital Builders, based out of Brentwood, is a home building contractor. They offer custom home construction, wine cellar design, custom home design and other services. Capital Builders is licensed by the state of California. They are bonded and insured. In October 2006, Capital Builders did a roof replacement using a permit obtained from the city of Oakdale, and in January of 2002, they finished a remodeling project using a permit also acquired from the city of Oakdale.
