Our goal is to help you make the best decision possible and have the maximum ROI. Therefore, our obligation is to you. Anything we learn that could be of benefit to you in a transaction, or in negotiation, we will disclosure this to you. Confidentiality: Again, our obligation as your real estate broker is to keep all your business transaction confidential. Meaning nothing will be released from us without your permission. Our duty of confidentiality lasts forever. It survives beyond the transaction, and can only be relieved by a court order or any appropriate governmental authorities. Accounting: As your Agent/Broker, we will be accountable for all documents and funds in the transaction. Accurate record keeping and reporting is a must! Reasonable Care: As licensed professionals and experienced Bay Area real estate brokers, we have specific legal responsibilities and take them very seriously. Fiduciary duties to our clients are very important to us and are the things we pride ourselves on as a key contributor to maintaining our current client base and attracting new clients such as you. Upon request, we will always provide a copy of our Real Estate records with the State of California Dept. of Real Estate, which shows we have no history of any disciplinary records; and a copy of the Declaration page of our Errors & Omissions Insurance coverage for One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00).
