Horrible service. First told them was an emergency situation as feces was coming out of toilet and flooding my downstairs. Took them over a week to come out. Then the day of were 3-4 hours LATE. Then told us what was going on and after they dug out a hug...

Came out (albeit late) to take measurements and never contacted me again. If not interested in doing the work, be professional and say so. Wouldn't recommend.
I was told he would arrive between 2p-4p. He arrived at 5p and looked around for a couple of minutes. He said he would have an estimate back to me in a day or two. It's been over a week and I haven't received anything yet.
